We see the dream of Digital Bangladesh in this change in day to day. I believe only the development of information and communication technology (Internet) can lead us to that dream. I am very much glad to know that a core ICT capacity building step taken by few person for the first Digital Ward - 50 initiative; based on dynamic web application/database.
